February 16 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's beer and soft drinks producer Prilepska Pivarnica [MSE:PPIV] purchased 100 of its own shares at a price of 33,401 denars ($583.6/542.3 euro) apiece, the Skopje bourse said on Friday.
Prilepska Pivarnica bought back the shares in one transaction that took place on February 15, the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) said in a notice.
The company's share capital is divided into 39,918 shares, each with a par value of 125 euro.
Its shares traded at an average price of 33,401 denars on Thursday, latest MSE data showed.
Prilepska Pivarnica was founded in 1924. It produces beer under the trademarks Zlaten Dab and Krali Marko and holds the licences for distributing Tuborg and Carlsberg brands in North Macedonia. It also produces carbonated non-alcoholic drinks, fruit nectar soft drinks and bottles the products of Pepsi Cola International.
