May 16 (SeeNews) - North Macedonian water bottler and soft drink producer Pelisterka [MSE:LOZP] said that its consolidated net loss widened to 7.1 million denars ($129,000/115,000 euro) in the first quarter of 2019 from 6.2 million denars in the comparable period of 2018.
The company's total operating revenue dropped 28% year-on-year to 68.5 million denars in the January-March period of 2019, Pelisterka said in an interim financial statement on Wednesday.
Domestic market sales revenue slid 34% on the year to 59.4 million denars, while sales abroad grew 84% to 7 million denars.
Operating expenses fell 38% to 70.8 million denars in the first three months of the year.
Financial revenue shrank 90% to 100,000 denars, while financial expenses added 7% to 4.4 million denars.
