March 6 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's marketing company Orbita INV has acquired local heating supplier Skopje Sever at an auction held by heating utility Toplifikacija Skopje, which is in bankruptcy proceedings, Skopje Sever said on Wednesday.
Orbita INV acquired 77,414 shares in Skopje Sever, representing a 99.98% stake, at the auction held on February 26, Skopje Sever said in a bourse filing.

Toplifikacija sold the majority stake in Skopje Sever at a discounted price of 21.5 million denars ($379,242/348,698 euro), or 278 denars per share, earlier bourse data showed.
Toplifikacija failed to sell the majority stake in Skopje Sever at two public auction held on the MSE in 2022 and 2023. In the first auction, the shares were offered at a price of 780 denars each, while in the second, they were offered at 482 denars per share.
