April 18 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's KB Prvo Penzisko Drustvo said that it will distribute a gross dividend of 29,000 denars ($530/471 euro) per share for 2018.
The company distributed 34,000 denars per share for 2017.
KB Prvo Penzisko Drustvo's net profit amounted to 131 million denars last year, the company said in a bourse filing.
In 2017, KB Prvo Penzisko Drustvo booked a net profit of 112.5 million denars.
KB Prvo Penzisko Drustvo was established in 2005 by Slovenia's Prva Group and North Macedonia's largest lender - Komercijalna Banka, which hold stakes of 51% and 49%, respectively. The company manages two pension funds.
