March 19 (SeeNews) - North Macedonian soft drink producer Fruktal Mak [MSE:KONZ] said that its net profit plunged 70% to 5.5 million denars ($101,000/89,000 euro) in 2018.
The company's operating revenue fell 5% to 357.8 million denars last year, Fruktal Mak said in an unaudited financial statement.
Domestic market sales lost 9% to 180.9 million denars, while sales abroad rose 6% to 175.5 million denars.
Operating expenses edged down 2% to 357 million denars.
The company ended 2018 with zero inventories of finished and unfinished goods, compared with 46.5 million denars of inventories at the end of 2017.
In 2018, Fruktal Mak increased its capital by issuing 783,000 new shares at a price of 315 denars apiece.
