July 4 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based car dealer Automakedonija said that its shareholders have approved the company’s plan to skip dividend distribution for 2018.
The company paid a gross dividend of 70.92 denars ($1.31/1.15 euro) for 2017.
Automakedonija’s shareholders endorsed the proposal at a general meeting held on June 28, the company said in a bourse filing.
The car dealer’s non-consolidated net profit fell by an annual 18% to 10.3 million denars in 2018.
Founded in 1946, Automakedonija is active in maintenance and servicing of various types and brands of motor vehicles.
