BELGRADE (Serbia), July 15 (SeeNews) – Most Belgrade stock indices continued to climb in slightly higher turnover on Friday, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX) advanced 0.18% to end at 729.81 points after adding 0.29% on Thursday.
The broader BELEXline fell 0.07% to 1,351.59 after inching up 0.13% in the previous trading session.
The joint SRX index of the bourses in Belgrade and Vienna climbed 1.06% to end at 264.02. The index gained 0.25% a day earlier.
BELEX total turnover increased to 25.5 million dinars ($351,170/248,100 euro) on Friday from 22.8 million dinars a day earlier.
Fourteen stocks closed lower, 10 rose and 16 ended unchanged on Friday.
Blue-chip oil company Naftna Industrija Srbije (NIS) rose 0.14% to 727 dinars in the day’s largest turnover of 9.2 million dinars.
Blue chip AIK Banka [BEL:AIKB] ended 0.53% lower at 3,048 dinars in a turnover of 4.6 million dinars, the session’s second biggest.
Wine maker Vino Zupa paced the advancers, closing 2.90% higher at 7,100 dinars.
Engineering and telecommunications firm Telefonija [BEL:TLFN] was the session's top loser, plunging 9.26% to 960 dinars.
