April 17 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's Sveti Stefan Hoteli [MNG:SSHO] said on Wednesday that it recorded a net profit of 838,567 euro ($892,500) last year, versus a net profit of 402,226 euro for 2022.
The revenue of the company remained flat at 1.3 million euro in 2023, while operating expenses fell sharply to from 276,932 euro, Sveti Stefan Hoteli said in a filing with the Montenegro Stock Exchange.
The share capital of Budva-based Sveti Stefan Hoteli is divided into 8,110,763 shares with a nominal value of 3.19 euro each. The largest shareholder is the Montenegrin government with a 41.6% stake, followed by MK Group with 33.5% and the Montenegrin pension insurance fund with 12.8%.
