April 2 (SeeNews) - Montenegro’s state-controlled maritime transport company Barska Plovidba [MNG:PUTE] reported on Tuesday a net profit of 2.472 million euro ($2.7 million) for 2023, versus a profit of 2.474 million euro a year earlier.
Revenue decreased to 8.2 million euro in 2023, from 13 million a year earlier, Barska Plovidba said in a filing with the Montenegro Stock Exchange.
Operating costs fell to 4.6 million euro in 2023 from 5.1 million euro a year earlier.
Barska Plovidba's capital is composed of 2,299,213 shares with a nominal price of 4.2806 euro apiece. The company is listed on the free market segment of the Montenegro Stock Exchange.
