April 12 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's government said on Friday it signed a 1.5 million euro ($1.7 million) contract with a consortium led by local company Inzenjering Put for the construction of infrastructure needed for the development of the winter resort of Zarski.
The contracted works include the drafting of the main project for a catering facility and a parking lot in the future ski center in Zarski, the construction and furnishing of the catering facility as well as construction of access roads and a road to the ski resort, the government said in a statement.
The deadline for drafting the main project for the catering facility is three months after the signing of the contract, while the construction works should be completed within a period of ten months since the introduction of Inzenjering Put to the project.
Last month, the government signed an agreement with local company Novi Volvoks for the design and construction of a six-person chairlift in Zarski.
