August 9 (SeeNews) - Montenegro has invited bids for a 6.4 million euro ($7.2 million) project for reconstruction of a 12.9 km-long road linking the town of Pljevlja to the Serbian border, the government said.
The project is being implemented under the main roads rehabilitation programme financed by a European Investment Bank (EIB) loan, the Montenegrin government said in a statement on Thursday.
The estimated completion time of the project is 365 calendar days, Montenegro's transport authority said in a notice posted on its website.
Eligible tenderers shall have an average annual turnover as prime contractor over the last three years of not less than 12.8 million euro, the transport authority noted.
The deadline for submitting bids is September 25.
