September 10 (SeeNews) - Moldova will open tenders for upgrades on several road sections and related consulting services in the fourth quarter of 2018, using the proceeds of loans from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Investment Bank, the EBRD said.
Works and related services will be financed with the proceeds of two loans of 150 million euro ($173 million) each from the EBRD and the EIB, respectively, the EBRD said in a notice on Friday.
The EIB will finance the rehabilitation and the construction supervision services for the the Ialoveni Road and of the Chisinau Bypass.
The EBRD will finance the upgrade and the procurement of rehabilitation services on two sections of Balti – Sarateni road, one section of Soroca-Arionesti road, and of two portions of Hincesti-Leova-Cahul road.
The tenders are open to participation to companies from any country.
