July 2 (SeeNews) - UK-based private equity firm Mid Europa Partners said it has completed the acquisition of Croatian producer and retailer of bakery goods Mlinar from its founder, Mato Skojo.
Skojo will retain a minority stake in the business, Mid Europa Partners said in a statement published on its website last week.

No financial details of the agreed transaction were disclosed.
Mlinar serves pastries, bread, drinks, sandwiches and salads to more than 36 million customers per year through about 220 directly-owned stores in Croatia and Slovenia, and franchise stores across ten countries.
The Croatian bakery goods producer operates its own state-of-the-art production and logistics and serves leading modern retail chains, hotels and restaurants.
