June 24 (SeeNews) - Maltese iGaming technology provider EveryMatrix Software acquired Croatian software developer of sports betting solutions Leapbit, data from Croatia's court register of companies showed.
On June 14, the court registered the Maltese company as the sole owner of Leapbit, court register data showed.

Leapbit's previous owners were individuals Bozo Kekez, Dario Filkovic, Mladen Andrasec and Zeljko Jovicic.
“The merger will strengthen the Group’s sports betting product OddsMatrix with an advanced and proven retail offering,” EveryMatrix said earlier. Through the new acquisition, EveryMatrix will elevate its online-first OddsMatrix platform to a true omnichannel iGaming solution. It will integrate Leapbit’s comprehensive retail-focused software solution and other products such as virtual horse racing and lottery games, the company said at the time.
It did not elaborate the value of the deal.
EveryMatrix did not respond to an email from SeeNews seeking information about the value of the deal by the time this article was published.
According to news portal Egr.global, the deal has a seven-figure price tag.
Leapbit’s development team will be merged with OddsMatrix’s existing organisation and continue to deliver software from their current base in the Croatian capital Zagreb. Leapbit was set up in 2018.
According to Croatian business magazine Lider, in 2021 its revenue grew to 11.8 million kuna ($1.7 million/1.6 million euro) from 10 million kuna in 2020.
