SKOPJE (Macedonia), June 18 (SeeNews) – Macedonian construction materials maker Renova has opened a 40 million euro ($54 million) mixed-use retail and residential complex in the city of Tetovo, in the country’s northwest, local media reported on Wednesday.
The REM complex in Tetovo’s downtown consists of a 12,000 square metre shopping centre, 146 apartments, a five-star hotel, a restaurant and a parking lot for 400 cars, news agency Makfax (www.makfax.com.mk) reported.
Renova launched the construction of REM in partnership with another local company, Elektrometal, but the second investor pulled out of the project last September due to lack of funds.
