SKOPJE (Macedonia), September 14 (SeeNews) – Macedonia's industrial sales grew by 15.3% year-on-year in July, the state statistical office, Makstat, said on Friday.
Industrial sales abroad rose 20.1% year-on-year in July, while domestic sales added 1.2%, Makstat said in statement.
Sales of capital goods increased the most - by 27.7% on the year, followed by mining and quarrying with a 20.0% rise.
Sales of durable goods decreased by 8%, while sales of non-durable consumer goods increased 5.0%.
On a monthly comparison basis, Macedonia's industrial sales decreased by 10.9% in July.
