June 7 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) lost ground on Tuesday on losses in Hrvatski Telekom, Podravka, and Atlantska Plovidba, bourse data showed.
The 23-share blue-chip index, the CROBEX, dipped 0.10% to finish at 2,097.16 points.
The narrower CROBEX10 which tracks the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, fell 0.43% to end at 1,239.84 points.
Just like on Monday, software company SPAN [ZSE:SPAN] was the only company with a turnover above the one million kuna mark. Its shares appreciated 1.15% to end at 265 kuna in a turnover of almost 2 million kuna ($341,000/319,000 euro). SPAN is a component of the CROBEX index, but is not included in the CROBEX10.
Index heavyweight Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] declined 0.56% to end at 177 kuna in a turnover of 600,000 kuna.
Food and pharmaceuticals producer [ZSE:PODR] Podravka lost 1.66% to 594 kuna in a turnover of 580,000 kuna.
Shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] plunged 1.89% to end at 520 kuna in a turnover of 575,000 kuna.
The biggest daily gainer on Tuesday were shares of cereals trader Granolio [ZSE:GRNL], which jumped 19.44% to end at 64.50 kuna as 207 shares changed hands.
The bourse's total turnover dropped to 6.0 million kuna from 8.9 million kuna on Monday when it was boosted by a 2.3 million kuna block deal.
