August 17 (SeeNews) - The two share indices of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) dropped on Wednesday, with pharmaceutical products wholesaler Salus [LJE:SALR] losing the most among the blue chips, bourse data showed.
Salus' shares went down 1.41% on Wednesday, closing at 1,400 euro, LJSE data showed.
Hand tools manufacturer Unior [LJE:UKIG] lead the blue-chip risers, with shares gaining 0.98% to 10.30 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index ended at 1,168.93 points, down 0.38%, whereas the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, closed at 1,454.46 points, 0.36% lower compared with the previous trading day.
The bourse's total trading turnover slightly decreased to 1.1 million euro ($1.12 million) on Wednesday from 1.3 million euro on Tuesday.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] dominated trading on Wednesday, as its shares switched hands in transactions worth a total of 538,125 euro. Krka's shares closed 0.20% higher at 99.20 euro.
