August 30 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) closed in green territory on Tuesday, following a five-day losing streak, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index edged up 0.90% to 1,133.71 points, whereas the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, gained 0.85% to close at 1,415.36 points, LJSE data showed.
Hand tools manufacturer Unior [LJE:UKIG] paced the blue-chip risers, with shares advancing 3% to 10.30 euro.
Seaport operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] was the sole decliner among the blue chips, losing 0.41% to 24.40 euro on Tuesday.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the highest single trading turnover on the bourse on Tuesday - of 429,304 euro ($429,750). Its shares closed at 98.80 euro, up 0.82%.
LJSE's total turnover fell to 866,926 euro on Tuesday from 1.1 million euro on Monday.
