September 21 (SeeNews) - Each of the two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) declined 0.73% on Wednesday, recording a four-day losing streak, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index ended Wednesday's trading session at 1,053.16 points, while the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, closed at 1,318.15 points, LJSE data showed.
Fuel and petroleum retailer Petrol [LJE:PETG] lost the most among the blue chips, as its shares went down 2.98% to 423 euro. The company's shares also generated the highest turnover on the bourse on Wednesday - 399,936 euro ($396,200).
At the other end, chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] paced the blue-chip gainers, with shares advancing 1.56% to 26 euro.
Total daily regulated market turnover rose to 1 million euro on Wednesday from 797,817 euro on Tuesday.
