March 21 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) closed up on Thursday, as lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) [LJE:NLBR] gained the most among the blue chips, LJSE data showed.
NLB's shares rose 4.29% and closed at 109.50 euro on Thursday, LJSE data showed. NLB also generated the highest single trading turnover, as its shares switched hands in transactions worth a total of 517,208 euro.
Port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] paced the blue-chip decliners, as its share price fell 2.83% to 34.30 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index ended at 1,440.71 points, up 0.31% compared with the previous trading session. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, added 0.30% and closed at 1,949.75 points.
Total daily regulated market turnover decreased to 1.4 million euro ($1.5 million) on Thursday from 2.1 million euro on Wednesday.
