September 7 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) fell for a sixth trading day in a row on Wednesday, with all blue-chip companies closing in the red.
Energy group Petrol [LJE:PETG] paced the blue-chip decliners on Wednesday, as its share price went down 4.56% to 440 euro, LJSE bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index ended 2.22% lower at 1,069.16 points, while the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, fell 2.11% to 1,338.66 points on Wednesday.
Total daily regulated marker turnover grew to 1.3 million euro ($1.3 million) on Wednesday from 948,890 euro on Tuesday.
Insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] booked the largest turnover - of 464,112 euro. Its shares closed 3.53% lower at 35.50 euro.
