LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), July 16 (SeeNews) – Slovenian pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] closed 5.05% lower at 60.2 euro on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Tuesday, recording the sharpest losses most among the blue chips, bourse data showed.
Reinsurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] recorded the biggest gains among Slovenia's blue-chip companies on Tuesday. The company closed at 16.8 euro, up 0.60%.
The blue-chip SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, ended Tuesday's session 1.64% lower at 868.94 points.
Shares of Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE:NLBR] generated the largest share, of 258,380 euro, of LJSE's total daily trading turnover.
The bourse's total turnover halved to 314,110 euro ($353,900) on Tuesday from 610,120 euro on Monday.
