July 13 (SeeNews) - Kosovo's Tax Administration said it has collected 355.5 million euro ($356.7 million) in tax revenues in the first half of the year, 22.9% more than in the same period of last year.
The collected tax revenues exceeded the Tax Administration's expectations by 8.1% or by 26.5 million euro, it said in a statement on Tuesday.
The tax revenues increase is a result of several factors, including increased internal control, improved debt collection, digitalization of services, as well as increased cooperation with local and international institutions, the Tax Administration said.
