September 10 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) rose on Tuesday, as electrical equipment manufacturer Koncar Elektroindustrija [ZSE:KOEI] led the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.
Koncar's share price closed 4.13% higher at 630 kuna on Tuesday.
Telecommunication services provider Optima Telekom [ZSE:OPTE] led the blue-chip losers, as its shares closed 1.64% lower at 6 kuna.
Croatian diversified holding Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] contributed the highest portion of trading turnover among the blue chips on Tuesday, of 660,015 kuna. The company's ordinary shares closed flat at 540 kuna, while its preferred shares ended 0.21% lower at 466 kuna.
ZSE's total trading turnover rose to 8.2 million kuna ($1.2 million/1.1 million euro) on Tuesday, from 6.7 million kuna on Monday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index rose by 0.77% to 1,881.28 after growing 0.12% in the previous trading session.
The narrower of the ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, increased by 0.72% to 1,094.99 after advancing 0.06% on Monday.
The fixed-income CROBIS index added 0.04% to 116.5474.
