April 16 (SeeNews) - Lender Komercijalna banka [BEL:KMBN] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Tuesday, as stock indices ended down, bourse data showed.
A total of 2,320 Komercijalna shares changed hands, generating a turnover of 6.5 million dinars. Komercijalna won 0.86% and closed at 2,800 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session 0.17% lower at 739.31 points.
Agricultural chemicals maker Galenika Fitofarmacija [BEL:FITO] led the blue-chip gainers' list as its share price rose 1.69% to 3,000 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free‐float market capitalisation weighted index, closed down 0.16% at 1,587.77.
The total turnover on the bourse decreased to 13.7 million dinars ($131,260/116,164 euro) on Tuesday from 1.259 billion dinars on Monday, as 197 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the Belgrade Stock Exchange resulted in a turnover of 2.2 million dinars.
No Treasury bonds changed hands on the stock exchange on Tuesday.
