September 26 (SeeNews) - Croatian technical facility management company PRS-FM said on Monday Italian real estate management company L'Operosa has acquired it for an undisclosed sum as part of plans to expand in Southeast Europe.
“Thanks to this acquisition, we have an opportunity to become a leader in facility management on the Croatian market. We expect to book growth in number of employees, clients and revenue,” Tihomir Kota, CEO and co-founder of PRS-FM, said in a press release.

Following the deal, PRS-FM will add infrastructure facility management to its portfolio of services, Kota added.
According to data from the court register of companies, the other founder of PRS-FM is local businessman Damir Poljak. The company has 30 employees and operates across Croatia.
“After we transfer our business on the Croatian market, we plan to expand to other countries in this part of Europe – Slovenia, Bosnia, Serbia and North Macedonia,” Aldo Di Biagio, management board member of Zagreb-based L'Operosa Facility Management, said in the same press release.
L'Operosa Group was set up in Bologna in 1951. It has more than 3,000 employees in Italy.
