June 7 (SeeNews) - Croatian insurance company Croatia Osiguranje [ZSE:CROS] said on Friday that it will pay a dividend of 112 kuna ($17.1/15.1 euro) per preference share for 2018, as much as it paid a year earlier.
The company will distribute as dividend 980,000 kuna from its 2018 net profit of 270.4 million kuna, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The remaining 269.4 million kuna will be retained.
The decision was adopted at a general shareholders' meeting held on Friday.
