March 20 (SeeNews) - The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, said it is considering providing a subordinated loan of up to 20 million euro ($28 million) to Macedonia’s NLB Tutunska Banka [MSE:TNB].
The proposed project is intended to strengthen the bank’s balance sheet by expanding its capital base and to support its growth strategy, IFC said in a statement on its website on Wednesday.
The loan is pending IFC's board approval on April 21.
