June 20 (SeeNews) - Hungarian car parts manufacturer Tisza Automotive plans to open a third factory in Serbia - in Kikinda, in the country's north, the city government has said.
The company will open 160 jobs in Kikinda and will transfer 160 employees from its existing production plant in Senta, the city government said in a statement on Wednesday.

The factory will be located in the premises of the former Banini production plant in Kikinda.
Tisza Automotive plans to increase the number of employees in the factory to 1,000 by July 2020, the director of Tisza Automotive, Akos Barna, said in the statement.
The Hungarian company currently has about 1,900 employees in its factories in Serbia located in Senta and Becej. In July 2018, Croatian plastic goods producer AD Plastik [ZSE:ADPL] acquired 100% interest in Tisza Automotive.
Tisza Automotive is a plastic components manufacturer with more than 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. It is a leading supplier of the Suzuki factory in Hungary. Apart from Suzuki, its most important customers are Bentley and Volkswagen.
