March 22 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said it held 701,597 of its own shares as of Monday, representing 0.868676% of the company's issued share capital, after repurchasing 5,582 own shares.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back the shares at an average price of 188.4 kuna ($29.7/24.9 euro) apiece on March 19, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into 80.76 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.7% of HT.
The company’s shares traded 0.27% lower at 187.5 kuna by 1330 CET on Monday on the ZSE.
