July 15 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] held 834,331 treasury shares as of July 15, representing 1.021587% of the issued capital, the company said on Monday.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 342 of its shares at 158 kuna ($24.1/21.4 euro) apiece on July 11, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The following day, it purchased a further 414 units at 159 kuna per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 158.5 kuna by 12:29 CET on Monday on the ZSE, down 0.94%.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
