July 26 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] held 389,137 treasury shares as of July 26, representing 0.479117% of the issued share capital, the company said on Friday.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 992 of its shares at 160.5 kuna ($24.2/21.7 euro) apiece on July 24, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The following day, it purchased a further 984 units at 161 kuna per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 161.5 kuna by 11:23 CET on Friday on the ZSE, up 0.62%.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
