March 27 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] has further grown its own shareholding, and as of Wednesday held 607,137 of its own shares, representing 0.743402% of the issued capital, it said.
On March 25, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) acquired 16,528 own shares for 162.4 kuna ($24.6/21.9 euro) apiece, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE). The following day, it purchased a further 1,451 units at 161 kuna per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 161 kuna on the ZSE by 14:30 CET on Wednesday, down 0.62%.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
