August 21 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] held 394,437 treasury shares as of August 21, representing 0.485643% of the issued share capital, the company said on Wednesday.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 903 of its shares at 158.5 kuna ($23.8/21.5 euro) apiece on August 19, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The following day, it purchased a further 920 own shares at the same price per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 158 kuna on the ZSE by 12:50 CET on Wednesday, unchanged from Tuesday's close.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
