November 13 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange blue-chip SOFIX index poster back-to-back winning sessions, gaining 0.09% to 558.73 points on Wednesday, after adding 0.08% on Tuesday.
Diversified group Holding Varna [BUL:5V2] and lender First Investment Bank (Fibank) [BUL:5F4] led gainers among blue chips on Wednesday, rising by 2.09% and 1.36%, respectively.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, rose 0.03% to 110.14 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, fell 0.10% to 498.71 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts, decreased 0.15% to 129.84 points.
Total regulated market trading turnover rose to 296,000 levs ($167,000/151,000 euro) on Wednesday from 150,000 levs on Tuesday.
