PRISTINA (Kosovo), May 14 (SeeNews) – Kosovo’s education ministry said it has signed a 7 million euro ($7.6 million) grant agreement with German development bank KfW to support vocational education and boost employment in the country.
The grant is provided by the German government and aims to narrow the mismatch between the skills gained from vocational education and training and the needs of the labour market, the ministry said in a press release late on Wednesday.
The financing will support a five-year project aimed to link businesses with vocational education schools in Kosovo in order to increase youth employment, the ministry noted.=0.92233 euro)
