October 6 (SeeNews) - Fortenova, the successor to the collapsed food-to-retail concern Agrokor, said on Thursday it owns 95.61% of the equity capital of Croatian food wholesaler Zitnjak [ZSE:ZTNJ] following a buyout bid in which it bought 9,029 shares representing a stake of 4.39%.
A total of 252 of Zitnjak's shareholders have accepted the tender offer, Fortenova said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

The bidder offered a price of 300 kuna ($39.3/39.8 euro) per share.
Fortenova now owns 196,614 shares of Zitnjak.
The food wholesaler's capital totals 141.9 million kuna distributed in 205,643 shares with a par value of 690 kuna each.
Zitnjak's shares last traded on August 17 on the Zagreb bourse, closing flat at 135 kuna.
