May 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has approved the prospectus of local Opportunity Bulgaria Investment [BUL:I67] for a capital increase via a new share issue.
Opportunity Bulgaria Investment will seek to raise 4.76 million levs ($2.7 million/2.4 million euro) via the issuance of 3.4 million shares, the regulator said in a statement on Tuesday.
The shares, which carry a nominal value of 1 lev each, will be offered at a price of 1.4 levs apiece.
Opportunity Bulgaria Investment's registered capital currently amounts to 3.4 million levs, divided into the same number of shares.
The increase will be considered successful if at least 350,000 new shares are subscribed for and paid for, the company said earlier this year, when it unveiled its capital increase plans.
Opportunity Bulgaria Investment shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 1.02 levs apiece.
