November 26 (SeeNews) - Erste&Steiermarkische Bank invites investors to subscribe for a five-year fixed-rate bond issue in the total nominal amount of up to 500 million kuna ($76.5 million/67.3 million), the lender said on Monday.
The securities, with maturity on November 30, 2023, will be issued on November 27 and the deadline for payment is November 30, the bank said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
Interest payments will be due semi-annually.
The bonds will only be offered to eligible counterparties and professional investors and the funds raised through their issuance will be used for general purposes, Erste&Steiermarkische said in September.
Austria-based Erste Group Bank AG holds a 59.02% stake in the Rijeka-headquartered Erste&Steiermarkische Bank, while the remainder is owned by Austria's Steiermaerkische Bank und Sparkassen AG.
