February 8 (SeeNews) - Montenegrin steelworks EPCG Zeljezara Niksic, a company set up by state-owned power utility EPCG, has appointed Milinko Cvorovic new chairman of its board of directors, local media reported.
Cvorovic succeeds Maksim Vucinic, who resigned in November, news outlet Vijesti reported on Wednesday.
Cvorovic previously worked at the company’s forge plant. He was also a member of the previous board of directors.
EPCG acquired Zeljezara Niksic from Turkey's Toscelik for 20 million euro ($21.5 million) in December 2022.
