January 17 (SeeNews) - Serbian civil engineering company Energoprojekt [BEL:ENHL] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Thursday, as stock indices declined, bourse data showed.
A total of 28,187 Energoprojekt shares changed hands, generating a turnover of 17.7 million dinars. The stock closed 5.69% lower at 630 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, closed 0.95% lower at 697.56 points on Thursday.
The broader BELEXline, a free‐float market capitalisation weighted index, fell 0.63% to 1,515.07 points.
The total turnover on the bourse jumped to 25.2 million dinars ($242,369/212,951 euro) on Thursday from 1.6 million dinars on Wednesday, as 100 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the Belgrade Stock Exchange resulted in a turnover of 1.8 million dinars.
No bonds were traded on Thursday.
