April 9 (SeeNews) - The European Commission (EC) said that it endorsed a renewal of Romania's state aid scheme for small businesses in the amount of 12.5 bln lei ($2.7 billion/2.5 billion euro).
The scheme, sub formă de garanții și de granturi directe, aims to support companies that cannot otherwise continue operating or investing in their development in the context of the crisis triggered by Russia's aggression against Ukraine, the Commission said in a press release on Monday.
