January 30 (SeeNews) - The main indices on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) closed higher on Wednesday, as power transmission equipment manufacturer Dalekovod [ZSE:DLKV], Tuesday's top decliner, led the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.
Dalekovod closed 7.89% higher at 8.20 kuna.
Shipbuilding company Viktor Lenac [ZSE:VLEN] paced the decliners on Wednesday, closing 5.6% lower at 5.90 kuna.
Telecommunication provider Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT], generated the highest turnover among the blue-chip companies, of 477,546 kuna.
ZSE's total trading turnover dropped to 2.3 million kuna ($353,830/309,760 euro) on Wednesday from 5.3 million kuna on Tuesday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index increased by 0.24% to 1,762.17 after declining 0.13% on Tuesday.
The narrower of the ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, rose by 0.25% to 1,024.00 after rising 0.15% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS remained flat at 110.8308 points.
