June 19 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Zagrebacka Banka [ZSE:ZABA], part of Italy's UniCredit Group, has disposed of 12,672 of its own shares, representing 0.004% of the company's subscribed share capital, it said on Wednesday.
Following thе transaction, ZABA holds 322,905 treasury shares representing a stake of 0.101%, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The share disposal was carried out in accordance with the approved bonus pool for 2018, it added.
