September 23 (SeeNews) - Croatian dairy group Vindija has distributed a dividend of 10 kuna ($1.3 euro/1.3 euro) per share for 2021, Croatia's depository and clearing agency SKDD said.
The dividend is non-taxable and was paid out to shareholders registered as of August 22 as owners of its regular shares, SKDD said in a statement on Wednesday.
Vindija did not respond to a SeeNews email seeking further details of the dividend payout.
Earlier, the privately-owned company reported a net profit of 4.5 million kuna for 2021, as Its revenue rose to 3.22 billion kuna from 2.96 billion kuna in 2020, data from www.poslovna.hr showed. Vindija had 1,143 employees last year.
Vindija has subsidiaries producing bakery, poultry and meat products, and a juice bottling unit.
According to local media reports, Vindija distributed a gross dividend of 10 kuna per share last year.
Vindija's shares are not listed on the Zagreb bourse.
