March 15 (SeeNews) - Croatian hospitality group Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] said on Friday it has increased its own shareholding to 2.5807%.
On March 13, the company purchased 5,000 of its own shares, representing 0.0039% of its share capital, Valamar Riviera said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Following the last transaction, the company holds 3,252,463 of its own shares.
Valamar Riviera Group owns two brands, Valamar Hotels & Resorts and Camping Adriatic featuring 22 hotels, 7 apartment resorts, 2 hostels and 10 camp sites. Its facilities can accommodate some 43,000 guests daily.
The company's shares closed at 33.20 kuna ($5.1/4.5 euro) on Friday, down 1.19%.
