March 13 (SeeNews) - Croatian hospitality group Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] said on Wednesday it has increased its own shareholding to 2.5767%.
On March 11, the company purchased 17,894 of its own shares, representing 0.0141% of its share capital, Valamar Riviera said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Following the last transaction, the company holds 3,247,463 of its own shares.
Valamar Riviera Group owns two brands, Valamar Hotels & Resorts and Camping Adriatic featuring 22 hotels, 7 apartment resorts, 2 hostels and 10 camp sites. Its facilities can accommodate some 43,000 guests daily.
The company's shares traded at 33.30 kuna ($5.0/4.4 euro) on the ZSE as at 12:05 CET on Wednesday, unchanged from Tuesday's close.
