May 21 (SeeNews) - Croatian hospitality group Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] said on Tuesday it has increased its own shareholding to 2.7532%.
On May 17, the company purchased 5,417 own shares, representing 0.0042% of its share capital, Valamar Riviera said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
On May 20, Valamar acquired a further 7,395 units, representing 0.0058% of the company's share capital.
Following the last transaction, the company holds 3,469,890 of its own shares.
The hotel operator owns five brands: Valamar Collection, Valamar Collection Resorts, Valamar Hotels and Resorts, Sunny and Camping Adriatic. Valamar Riviera operates 30 hotels and resorts and 15 camping resorts in five attractive destinations along the Adriatic coast – from Istria and the islands of Krk and Rab to Dubrovnik.
