October 3 (SeeNews) - Croatian IT company Storm Computers said on Monday it acquired local electrotechnical engieering company Poligon active in the energy equipment and facitilites segment.
With this acquisition, Storm Computers expanded its protfolio of comprehensive ICT solutions, the buyer said on its Likendin webpage. It did not elaborate on the value of the deal.

According to data from Croatia's court register of companies, Poligon's founder is Zvonimir Plazonic.
Storm computers has a registered capital of 6.7 million kuna ($869,000/890,000 euro) and is owned by Vladimir Olujic and Tomislav Kraljik.
